Ultimately, if they can convince that 10 year old to be their child bride (or the parents feel pressured by their religious beliefs) then there will be nothing to stop them after the age of consent laws are all destroyed.

I would think a swift public hanging or firing squad after arrest, trial and conviction by jury (deliberations for most of these monsters should be quite short) should be sufficient. Also, long sentences for people who view child porn. Both types of crimes can be federally prosecuted pursuant to an appropriate federal law, since they effectively violate, or encourage violation of, the 13th Amendment.
