On election day he was working for a Erdogan supporting Turkish businessman. He chose to not work for ‘us’ then. He should be treated as any other citizen who admitted lying to the FBI.

And which citizens might that be? It is apparently not a crime to lie to the FBI if you are a high-ranking Democrat.

It is apparently not a crime for FBI agents to revise their 302 forms (interview records with suspects) long after the fact.

Nobody in their right mind would ever speak to an FBI agent under any circumstances if they truly understood the risks. Guilt or innocence is irrelevant if they want something from you. Besides "everybody commits three felonies a day".

Perhaps "lying to the FBI" should be reclassified as a misdemeanor crime, subject to a maximum $100 fine and 8 hours of "community service".
