Well, I admit to not knowing who his daughter was, though I do know the name.
I am in a number of ways divorced from some of the celebrity pop culture. I don’t watch television and haven’t for decades now, don’t read newspapers or periodicals, so I am not aware of some of those things.
A couple of years back, I walked though the living room as my wife was watching some program, and I paused to look. It looked like some kind of reality show and they were all deferring on the program to one of the women with dark hair, dark eyes, and fairly attractive, so I asked my wife who that woman was.
She turned to me, rolled her eyes and said “That’s Kim Kardashian.” Her tone of voice very much conveyed the sentiment that I was hopelessly out of touch.
Miley Cyrus played Hannah.
That was her stage name, she’s Billy Ray Cyrus’ daughter- the one of “Achy Breaky Heart” fame. Her real name is Miley Cyrus.
