How is this a federal crime that involves the FBI?

I don’t know but I do know there are many other very serious crimes and threats to our country that the FBI should be focusing its resources on rather than stuff like this.
Could be mail fraud too.
In recent times the FBI seems to be the investigative branch of the DNC.
