I wish the Left had kept Bush I and II. They were disasters for this country and waited like snakes in the grass to get in power so they could shed the skin of conservatism that they had to put on while Reagan was in office and when they campaigned for president. Neither of them would ever have been elected but for Reagan and the conservative base and look what they threw back. I don’t miss either Bush; didn’t vote for the older one the second time (chose Perot and never regretted it) and as crazy as Algore was, we might have been better off with him in 2000.
Bush 41 and 43 were liberals masquerading as conservatives.
