The letter contained a white powdery substance which turned out to be aspirin. He used the mail to send a terrorist threat. He’s looking at hard time in the Federal system. It doesn’t matter that he sent it to himself. If he put it in the mail, then it becomes a federal terrorist threat crime.
I am hearing that his letter required using the FBI’d Decontamination Unit which is pricy and will cause more time in jail!
