I’ve noticed that terrestrial radio has about 20 minutes of commercials per hour. It’s hard to listen to because of so many interruptions.

I realize that the income or revenue from radio comes from selling commercial time, but, by increasing the amount of commercials, are they driving away some of their audience?

TV shows are the same way now. A half hour show is only 19 minutes long.
