The only way to deal with a coup is to purge the conspirators. That has not been done. Your insight is correct; this incredibly dangerous element is still very active.
Just recently I heard a series of comments by Nancy Pelosi that Prez Trump is a Russian agent under the control of Putin and guilty of treason!
Her position as Speaker of the House does not give her the privilege of committing sedition! Obviously it is part of a program to 'destabilize' the administration by the coup cabal. I cannot understand why Trump does not answer the Speaker... the Speaker of the House of Representatives, not some parrot on CNN, etc. That imbecile from Fornicalia, Eric Swallwell, said the same seditious charges.
If it were me as POTUS I would be tempted to publicly challenge them to prove their case; as POTUS I would announce that any and all evidence that they present to support their charge is automatically declassified, which is totally in my power. If they cannot support their charges I would demand that they retract their seditions. If they do not, I would charge them under law.
I put nothing as impossible or illegal with these rabid greedy power-hungry usurpers. If the coup cabal continues their divisive tactics I fear it will end in civil war... I pray it is not so.
