https://www.wthr.com/article/tax-loophole-investigation

Watch this and realize how much illegals take from us taxpayers. Illegals claim many children on their taxes. One claimed 20 kids and 4 families living in his trailer. Turned out he had a wife and one child. He got 30,000 in tax refund. How much do you get?

I do not know if this will be deleted or not.

I have long suspected that the Presudent is not served well by his advisers intentionally or unintentionally. This is not a new “nuanced” power carved out of some obscure law. It is a Constitutional Presidential right and duty confirmed by the Congress. Another example is the President’s right to convene Congress any time he chooses. He does not need to be invited by the Speaker of the House.

I've come to the conclusion that the National Emergency Act is a way to use funds for a cause without begging Congress.

The Flint Michigan water case....was a National Emergency?

Trump needs to build the wall without giving a Federal judge a four-cornered document that he can sink his fangs in.

That is to say, if he decides to abide by what a Federal judge decrees, which would be a silly and tragic thing to do.

Separation of powers: If a lower level Federal judge in the Judicial Branch, without the slightest Constitutional authorization, can defy the President, the head of the Executive branch, then the President can defy the low level judge.
