2 minutes after announcing the State of Emergency a group or individual, that really supports Trump, files a pre prepared lawsuit against the State of Emergency in a court favorable to Trump.
That cut’s the dems move off at the knees. Judge rules for Trump. Construction starts.
After that, he needs to tell the country that the dims are fighting like hell to keep the borders open in order to get new voters, have access to drugs and bring diseases back.
Thats a dirty democrat trick.
