The injunction will be obtained in a lower court that is overseen by Sotomeyer, Kagen, Brayer, Ginsburg or maybe even Roberts, any of them will decline to advance the case. We lose, Dems win. Trump should have just gone ahead and built the wall, but like Mitt, he choked.
They will make sure to get the overruling where the presiding justice (Sotomoyer, Kagen, Ginsberg, Brayer, Roberts) will decline to hear the case, the lower court ruling will stand.
