Possibly some dementia issues, but I would like to think it is the result of her being so rattled by the ongoing battle she has with POTUS. She’s so nervous about what he might do next (and she KNOWS something is coming), that she cannot think straight.

I have assisted in committed a few clients who met that threshold. The clinic almost never keeps them the whole 72 hours, b/c many clients know the system, and will keep the crazy to a bare minimum while on lock-up.
But after they get released....Well, it can be difficult.

Steny Hoyer. I get the sense that he knows full well that Pelosi’s mental decline is accelerating. Note his recent comments distancing himself from her. He knows she’s inching ever closer to exhibiting irrefutable signs of incapacitation. Just a matter of time.
