Yes. Long plain dresses down to the feet is the way to go.
Seriously, its the cut out shoulders that make me cringe.
Those are goofy.
The cut-out shoulders just scream, “My arms are fat but here’s some skin anyway!” Ridiculous.
What makes me cringe is the false eyelashes that look like huge spiders and all the dark (or goth) eye makeup. Also, the lips which are overdone with lip gloss. And the heavy handed makeup, especially the concealing/shading or highlighting. A light hand with makeup goes a long way. Too much is just gilding the lily.
Another thing I hope will pass (have been saying this several years now and it’s still hanging on) is the hair extensions and long ringlet curls which dangle from each shoulder (with the hair parted in the back to make the front look full and lush, while the back is thin as tissue).
I’m not quite in the grave yet and do like some of the modern fashions, but the jeans/jeggings which leave nothing to the imagination and pull at the crotch are just gross.
For the fellas, am sick of the mooselimb style beards and the skinny metro jeans.
Rant over!
All right, I can understand not liking the short jeans/skirts with ankle booties trend. But...I love my shoulderless shirts ;-).
In my opinion, it’s a far better trend than low cut shirts with cleavage falling out.
LOL! What is up with that anyway?
