What basis is the clerk allowed to kick someone out of a store?

Nearly any. However, there is no basis for Simple Battery, which the clerk clearly committed.

I simply don’t believe that. This clown was a clerk not a property owner. For all we know the Vaper people are simply renting the space anyway. Further, it’s a place of public accomodation not a private “members only” club. Hang yer shingle out, there are certain things they have to do, and certain things they cannot do.

Political beliefs, in the same vein as Religion, are very much a “protected class” that’s why this country was founded. There are a lot of defective people out there who need to be disabused of this notion that they can hate on anybody they like because they happen to disagree with them.

The left is setting up very ugly battle lines, having gone tribal in order to divide everyone up, and against, each other. Notice slogans like “Unity” - LOL!! What does that mean, really? Maybe they mean “Unity” on hating whitey?

When I see idiots like that it reminds to inventory the ammunition supply. These people are completely bug-nuts crazy, and this is with the electricity on and everyone has a full belly.
