Dozens of celebrities have said "jokingly" they sold their soul to the devil. It is common to hear that phrase in rap and metal lyrics. Celebrities frequently flash the 666 hand sign along with covering one eye and forming a pyramid with their hands. This doesn't even factor in their obsession with dark and morbid art, things like spirit cooking, and the constant mocking of Jesus.

Just remember, you may think it is nonsense, but why do all these celebrities act the same way?

Not something I expected in a ballad. I had heard the song but when I saw this video for the first time that caught my eye.

And yes, something Gaga said, don’t remember it exactly, certainly sounded odd at the time. It was probably the only time I heard her other than a few seconds of her gay marriage spiel.

The blasphemous Voltaire, for example, died a horrible death screaming and shrieking in terror. He even tried to make a deal with Jesus Christ, which he put in writing. but his eternal doom was sealed and he screamed and writhed in terror till his last breath.

And then there were the multitudes of arrogant yet ultimately stupid Marxists who took the names of demons as Richard Wurmbrand reveals in his book, "Marx and Satan." They died horribly as well---murder, suicide, insanity, etc. were their own self-inflicted dooms. As for the demonically possessed Marx, he and most of his family---wife and children--died in terrible ways.

Hitler made a pact with a Nordic deity--a demon---that appeared to him in his room at night, causing Hitler to shriek in terror. He too, committed suicide.

They all act that way because that is the culture they are surrounded by. Their contact with ordinary people is limited, so the bizarre behavior is reinforced.

We see a similar dynamic going on with politicians who campaign on doing the job as the Constitution prescribes, but then work against the will of the people once they get to Washington.
