I heard this all night. Pence is the vice president. He did exactly as he was supposed to. If input from him was needed, Trump would have called on him. It would have been improper for him to interject unless it was dire.
Don’t know much about Pence. But President Trump was on a roll. He didn’t need Pence’s help at all.
