I’d never eaten a sardine until recently. Even more, I was vocal about not eating them “I’ll eat anything as long as it doesn’t contain sardines!” was a line I used frequently. I finally tried a small portion of sardine on an appetizer with a cracker and end done exotic cheese. Very small portion. But still, not bad. I increased the size for the subsequent apps...still not bad. I’m open to more!

Honestly, I actually feel better after having consumed a tin or two. It seems to improve my eyesight, stamina, and I just generally feel better physically. They are high in protein, so a person shouldn't go overboard, due to issues with too much protein in the diet. Other than that, sardines are one of the super foods.
