In 1994, President Clinton approved a plan to arrange more than $4 billion in energy aid to North Korea during the next decade in return for a commitment from the country’s hard-line Communist leadership to freeze and gradually dismantle its nuclear weapons development program. He sent them supercomputers through the commerce department that were industrial level. They immediately converted them to weapons grade and started producing weapons level uranium to create the ICBM’s we know of today.

That decision also was related to the death of commerce Secretary Ron Brown in a plane crash that provided drill incisions in his skull that could also have been bullet holes.
Clinton in 1995 used Hughes and Loral to pass the MRV tracking program to China, against his advisors’ warnings, so they could sight their space shot missiles and they immediately gave it to North Korea and used the computers to sight in Japan, Hawaii, and the left coast of the US.
