private security can hold someone, but only when a law has been broken to my knowledge- however, this is a public mall, and I’m not sure, but people can’t just say ‘i don’t like what you are saying, therefore I’m gonna have you arrested’- Take the case of the despicable disgusting landover ‘baptist’ church i think it is- the ones who scream about dead soldiers and homosexuality at funerals- the courts have said they have every right to do so because of free speech- so they can stand at funerals and scream at the bereaved that their lost loved ones were homo protecting soldiers and deserved to rot in hell- yet a man can’t peacefully mention the name of Jesus Christ to another person in a private conversation in a public place like MOA?
This person should ask the judge why landover church gets to scream their hateful disgusting accusations at funerals, while mentioning the name of Jesus Christ in a mall is deemed a 1’st amendment violation and crime?
He wasn't, as admitted by the two Somali women he was talking with who actually wanted to continue their conversation with him.......It was a third person who overheard their conversation that reported him to the mall cops.

These Moslems appeared to be interested in what he had to say and actually stood up for him. That apparently does not count for anything in the Mall of Amerikkka.

If this fella were actually creating a ruckus with loud street preaching and violated the rules against loitering, there would be a case. But it simply seems that he was discussing his faith with two Moslem women, and a third woman who probably has cats for significant others tattled on him.
