I think Oklahoma can handle it. Too late for Nv. or Co. unless they import a million S. African farmers and give them instant citizenship. That + 40-160 Acres.

As to this $10K offer from the George Kaiser Foundation, I’m intimately familiar with the co-working space they are offering. It seems very well occupied right now without paying for more users.
