In their defense, they are at least making an effort to be citizen-journalists.
What makes them stick out is the lack of other material here. The flow is nowhere near what it used to be.
I have a private discussion board with maybe 25 members in it and I see more articles there than here because one person is pretty dedicated at finding and posting things, and does a good job of it.
It takes people like this to make an information ecosphere. Encourage them, don’t slam them.
And when you can take the first few words and find the original article, it's obvious they're posting here only to get hits to their blog.
And no, I'm not humblegunner. Jim honestly asks for money to keep this site going, and I give some when I can, but these people only sponge off off this site, wanting hits (and revenue) to their blogs.
