Thursday on ABC’s The View, co-host Joy Behar slammed Wednesday night’s Country Music Awards show for staying out of politics. As nearly every entertainment awards show has made itself part of the resistance against President Trump, Behar was sorely disappointed to see this was one show where Trump’s name wasn’t mentioned.

Whoopi pointed out that people “voted” to fulfill that duty of resisting Trump.
“I'm happy for that,” Behar acknowledged, before touting that she, unlike the country music artists, was willing to take a financial hit in order to be loudly anti-Trump.

We watched last night. It was enjoyable. Nothing on TV can compare to it. People were having fun. The sets were top notch. The show flowed. I did not miss the Trump bashing that I hear on other shows. I wish more entertainment could be like the CMA. GO COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am glad we managed to have 1 entertainment award show that was not a Trump bash fest. I will never forget not 1 of these God and Country phony’s were willing to perform at Trump’s inauguration.

They made snarky comments about Trump last year and I promptly turned them off.
Last night I watched a little, had to mute it, then watched a thing about squirrels, then watched Seal Team, and then went back to the awards show.
I still had to mute the show for most of the performers, at least the men. The female performers are mostly good.
As someone who grew up on country music, male performers in country music today are hideous. All the males sound just alike; they whine and rap, etc. Appearance is sloppy and unkempt. They prissily walk around on stage.
Behar needs to go back to hustling tricks. She makes a piss poor retarded lib talk show host.
