I suspect that you are wrong.
There have been many mentions in the news, over the last decade or so, that much of "Soros' Money" is actually US Taxpayer money, laundered through various NGO's.
Congress needs to stop funding NGO's, but now that Dems have re-taken the House, that won't happen.
