Why no egg yolks?
“Why no egg yolks?”
You know, I have no clue why. I still eat eggs with yolks. But my doctor out of the blue suggesting these two things to cure a BAD spasm pain I had in my abdomen. Of the months of doctors visits and no one being able to fix it, this doctor did. Just on a whim. The two have NOTHING to do with each other, but it just worked.
I started doing this for breakfast - keeping my protein intake as high as I could, sugar intake as low as I could.
And it worked. So there isn’t anything here against egg yolks, just that I went to the egg whites in a carton from Walmart because it’s cheap as hell.
