Why are not the restaurant owners themselves calling 9-1-1 to advise officers they are being attacked by a dangerous mob?

Looks like the perp-fa’s were already at the Fiola Restaurant located at 601 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20004.

Maybe someone should interview the restaurant staff.
