Aside from the obvious inconsistencies that make her story not credible, there’s the fact that this alleged incident happened 37 years ago and is past the statute of limitations.
Not to mention, that she claims that he was 17 when it happened and therefore, he would be considered a youthful offender and any record of crimes of his that he allegedly committed, would be sealed for life.
