Christine Blasey Ford has made a demand through her lawyers this evening. She refuses to testify before Congress until the FBI investigates her claims against Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Frankly, this appears to be in Judge Kavanaugh’s favor, as he has previously been investigated six times by the FBI throughout his career.
This is Ford’s way of achieving her goal while protecting herself from being judged under examination. Blasey Ford has said there are certain pertinent facts she simply cannot recall. The truth is if she cannot remember the facts needed under examination, she should not be coming forward at this time.
The American people are following the confirmation of Judge Brett Kavanaugh regardless of Christine Blasey Ford. If she had chosen to take part in a fair judicial process on Monday, her credibility could be taken more seriously.

This is her way of backing out of testifying. They’ve thrown this bomb out there and are now hoping it will sway a few votes away from Kavanaugh. They might even think the Republicans are stupid enough to postpone everything and have an investigation, which will take past the mid-terms. That will be all they want, and then if she testifies it’s irrelevant.

It is my understanding that they reviewed her claim back in July and found nothing to investigate. Does she have new collaborating information to now share? No? Well, nothing has changed. She can testify Monday or drop the matter.
It’s all about time. Delaying to keep the court at 8 judges into this next session; delaying past the midterm on the hope of a Dem flip of the Senate.
A split court would also allow a forum shopped ruling in this Ninth to paralyze Trump on many key issues.

6 background checks mean absolutely nothing if the information wasn’t available to them, whether it be through a police report or some other official outcry she may have made. Background checks are only as thorough as the information provided by the subject, information provided by others that are interviewed(personal/business references), information from former bosses and what can be garnered from driving history, criminal history and credit checks. So, the background checks mean nothing in this case.
What means something is, IMHO, is that she: she shut down all of her social media a day or so of coming forward, Feinstein had the “info” and is only using it b/c their sham hearings didn’t go as planned, the fact that her lawyer says that she isn’t required or interested in knowing if the allegations are the truth, the history of her parents and the Judge’s mother in the foreclosure hearing, who is funding her, who the “therapist” is and how are they going to respond to being called incompetent or a liar( if they hate the President, than they’ll take it as a badge of honor), and if I read correctly, earlier, did she also try the same thing with Gorsuch, but was ignored?
Like so many others, she’s allowing herself to used a useful idiot, nothing more.
Biggest questions are... Will they go ahead with the vote? Will Republicans stand firm and vote for him?
Outside of the answers for those two questions, nothing else matters.
RUSH: Okay, folks. I want to share some things with you that may be fake news, but if they’re not fake, I want to be on record as having had them for you. There’s a Twitter thread out there. I have no idea the veracity because, as you know, I do not “twit.” But this particular thread claims that the reason that Dianne Feinstein was reluctant to go public with Christine Blasey Ford’s letter is because she received a similar letter from the woman about Judge Gorsuch. No idea whether this is fake news or true.
But given who we’re talking about here, I can believe that it would be true, ‘cause I think we’re dealing with genuinely disturbed, emotionally depraved, poisoned-with-hatred lunatics. I have no idea if it’s true. There’s another bit of news going around that has a little bit more credibility but still it doesn’t pass the “definitely happened” test. It is that Peter Strzok Smirk and Lisa Page were caught destroying evidence on their final days at the FBI. Neither two bits of news can be confirmed. But let me tell you something.
The New York Times and the Washington Post and USA Today and all the rest of them are publishing fake news and lies every damn day without one bit of concern whether they’re true or not, and half of them they didn’t even bother to correct. And it’s not something normally that I get into. But these two things have the tinge of believability to them, and I just want to get them out there in case it eventuates that they’re actually true. I can’t confirm either one.
But you know, I’m sick and tired of being hampered here. These people get to lie and distort and do whatever they want under the banner of premier journalism each and every day, making up sources, making up quotes, writing such things as, “President Trump, without evidence, today claimed” blah, blah. But they never say, “Christine Blasey Ford, without evidence, claimed today that Brett Kavanaugh pinned her down in a high school room in a house and so forth 42 years ago when they both were...” Who knows.

Makes sense to investigate high-school kids parties, because the FBI seems to be run like a high-school government.
Didn’t the FBI already state that there is no federal crime for them to investigate?
Why would the FBI get involved in something like this and why are all the meatheads in the media and the mob thinking it is even remotely plausible?
I’ve seen Strozk & McCabe were caught destroying documents, not Page - Rush may be wrong on this one. I HOPE it’s McCabe because of that sh!tty book he’s writing. Bongino was the other source on a podcast the other day. Here’s one source in writing:
