Having nearly perfected the art of vote fraud in which Hillary did indeed garner more nationwide votes than President Trump, a temporary federal institution, the Electoral College, stood in her way. Similarly, the only other federal institution, an Article V COS, stands at the ready as the last remaining tool to break the Left’s death grip on the rest of government.
