Nike went full social justice warrior this week when they signed cop-hating, America-hating Kaepernick to be the face of its newest campaign. On Monday, Nike revealed they selected former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick to be the face of its 30th anniversary of its Just Do It campaign.

It seems that the sweatshop aspect is getting traction.
Sick of seeing Colon Kaeperdink’s face. I hope the next time is on the back of a milk carton.
I always liked South Butt....
I know I’ve been spreading it like wildfire today (sweatshop aspect).
This isn’t about the failed football player; this is about a business which enriched itself on the backs of poor foreign workers. They also support wealth redistribution, despite the hypocritical aspect that it raises their costs of doing business over the long term. Thus they are heavily vested in controlling those costs via agreements with the governments which host the Nike factories within their borders.
American consumers support this grand scheme by buying their products.
STOP.
Amen!
What you need is some black and white photo of sweat-shop conditions, and the workers standing there in frustration...with the slogan at the bottom, ‘We Are Nike’.
Nike is one of those companies that mud doesn’t seem to stick to very much. You have the sweat shop issue, the female employee abuse issue, and now the Kaepernick issue. You would think all that would drop the price of their stock like a rock, but it’s only down about 9 percent.
In 1998 Nike had to layoff workers and make a change. Lets see how long they keep Kapernick as the face of the company if revenues fall.

Criticize Hoff & GP as you like, but making a picture of Nike shoe Asian sweatshop workers go viral smacks of genius.
The more pictures spread around on social media of Asian sweatshop workers making Nike shoes, the better. Virtue signal this, suckers!
We agree. How is that possible?
Wonders never cease. I’m going to enjoy our rare agreement and avoid civil war discussions today.
Take the Nike challenge. Tie your Nike’s up and toss them over a power line. Take a picture and post it. Let everyone see it.
That would be a good one. Haven’t yet seen that.
Maybe when I have time.
Good one!
+ 1
Nike stepped in it, big time.
Shut up, and make shoes.
Just do it!
All women in that pic——where are the crazed “women’s rights” crowd when they see that picture?
