Once you see around 25-percent of blacks voting for GOP candidates in November...the new reality will have arrived.

They offered $100 make believe dollars to each respondent and explained they could donate this sum to a Democrat or a Republican. They then added that if the respondents gave the money to a Republican they would get a kick back of 10% of what they donated to keep for themselves.
Well, that certainly explains the welfare vote...
