Probably not before 1139AD when marriage of Catholic Priests was forbidden.
Before that, there was no such thing.
Paul was single but knowing Jewish history, most likely Peter was married.

And THAT was a property issue. Many people gave a dowry to the church to accept excess sons, so that the inheritance of the dynasty was not diluted.

The Church found itself in the same mess: how do you care for a spouse/offspring of the clergy? Ergo sum, NO marriage.

Then the butt banging began.
