Breitbart did an exclusive story on how Vikmur was a Never Trumper and her staff even made crude jokes about Trump.

Leah was the only true and tested conservative in this race while boldly standing side by side with Governor Walker from the very beginning. Congrats Leah! You will make a great Senator. Now go get Tammy!!
If Nicholson would have won I’d have voted for him against Baldwin but I did want to add:
Matt Boyle neglected to mention in his article on breitbart that Nicholson also had staff that were previously never trump and when the time came Vukmir was part of a radio add “Wisconsin women for trump” before the general election. She pulled the lever for trump when it mattered most like many of us did that year.
As I said in the other thread Andrew breitbart himself stood with vukmir and many others on the steps of the capitol in Madison during the act 10 siege .I’ll chalk it up to that hack Matt Boyle but breitbart should be embarrassed by his hit piece.
I also voted Nicholson, but will vote for Vukmir in the generas. Thought Nicholson was a better candidate by far.
While Vukmir looks solid on the issues, I wish she didn’t have a history of anti Trump sentiment. She also was endorsed by Paul Ryan, talk about a kiss of death. Oh well, anything is better than Tammy Baldhead.
Nicholson got endorsements from Cruz, Lee, and Freedomworks due to his constitutionalism and fiscal conservatism. He would have been a great candidate and I hope he runs for something else.
Big difference between having never trump staff(Nicholson ), and being never trump yourself(Vukmir). That said, move on and beat Baldwin.

I couldn’t agree more. My advice: grow the hell up. Trump has had no stronger ally in the Senate. This impulse to shoot one’s own soldiers in the head is as juvenile as it is counterproductive. If I want to hear from a bitter fool who can’t let go of a grudge, I’ll call John McCain

Yeah, it's a damn good thing we don't have more in the Senate like him. I'm sure you'll agree that we need more in the Senate like Collins, Murkowski and McCain. You know, Republicans who will reach across th aisle.

I live in Wisconsin. The Koch’s hate Vukmir, and spent a lot of money to defeat her. If you are a pro-Trump Freeper, then Vukmir is your cuppa tea. She is not a never-Trumper. Breitbart ran articles demonizing her, which I don’t understand, unless there is pro-Koch bias on that website. Anyone?
