Absolutely, they declared him to be a natural born citizen because of his TWO citizen parents.
They felt the need to declare this because McCain was born in Panama.
It is still unclear exactly where in Panama.
Canal Zone would be American territory.
Panama would not.
McCain has never produced his original birth certificate.
Interestingly enough Obama voted for this knowing he had only one citizen parent.
I don’t oppose McCain’s eligibility since his parents were serving in the military. Congress revealed what they knew when they passed the resolution. Then when Obama came along they got amnesia.
