Wow. You gotta see this. Now, if I remember there was a canned statement that one network’s affiliates were forced to read and a little was made about it then.

What is troubling is when the 'independent' major networks all run with the democRat talking points. Rush does a good job pointing this out
You realize the company that owns these stations are Trump friendly? They also air and originate Full Measure with Sharyl Attkisson and run very Trump friendly editorials
However, if they are different people and they are reading from a certain script, then they, in the interest of full disclosure, should state "reading from the XXXXX script", instead of "reporting the news".
Sinclair? Trump friendly? I’ve heard Bob Sinclair interviewed on one of the Sinclair stations. Bob Sinclair is money friendly and he markets the niche. If you want to hear some “Trump friendly” conversation on the radio at a Sinclair station listen to The Morning Show with Tony Macrini at 0600 to 1000 Monday through Friday. Then you will hear for yourself how Trump “friendly” Sinclair Communications can be.

There was a better video a few months back. Instead of playing a cacophony it played each station solo and really showcased the whole thing as each station repeated each other verbatim.
Yep. They own 192 tv stations on 611 channels in 89 US markets. The are the largest tv owner in the US.
They wanted to issue a statement about their newsroom philosophy but foolishly decided to present it as organic and unique to each news outlet.
They should have simply all said, 'At this time, Sinclair would like us to read a statement about their newsroom policies'.
It was wrong for them to try to make it look spontaneous and natural. It was just the opposite.

The board of directors is what you are referring to not the major shareholders, so the affiliation is that Bob Sinclair was one of Julian Sinclair offspring and he’s one of four of The Offspring who are the major shareholders.

Maybe Bob is a nickname. He is not a stranger to and has been on the Morning Show a number of times. I believe he lives in Maryland or maybe even in Tidewater which is where the family originated (from the Chesapeake Bay Area). The local broadcasters make a big deal about Bob Sinclair when he comes on the show and he talks about ownership of the station and the family business that is the Sinclair group so I have no doubt he is one of them. The only thing I can think is that he possibly is going by nickname or a shortened name such as Robert or some other thing but it’s always been “Bob Sinclair” colloquially.
