There are some things even Bronies won't tolerate.
This creep was one of a multitude of animators that work on the show. There's always a chance you'll get a bad apple.
I was at BronyCon 2018 last weekend. I had a great time hanging out with my friends and the other 5400 or so nerds and geeks who showed up. Unfortunately MLP isn't the Big New Thing anymore and while the fandom is still strong they can't profitably rent the Baltimore Convention Center for the weekend. The reason BronyCon moved from it's start in New York City to Baltimore was because the BCC was desperate for business and gave them a special deal. Hopefully it will come back somewhere where there isn't a bum begging for money every 20 feet.

I’m afraid this can’t be avoided when there is a large pool of “talent” being used. Many companies use many people.
