A compact fusion reactor such as envisioned by Lockheed has a much greater chance of working than the “cold fusion” scams we have had long discussions of on freerepublic.
Talk about a golden age if it happens! The U.S. Should use such dominance to extend its superpower status for the next hundred years, and to exploit the resources of the Solar System.
And that’s not just software patents.
Yes. Its a device controlled by controller devices that we havent figured out how to control.
Yes. I will take all of the royalties on that.
And THEN you can sue the guy who copies it...:-)
OTOH, a patent can be invalidated when the claims are not workable...the USPTO does not really consider that in the examination process.
That is to say, good luck with your "fake" patent.
Case in point, the much celebrated "Hyper-Light-Speed Antenna", US Patent 6,025,810.
