As a kid, I’ve been hit twice by target point arrows fired from a toy bow. They still hurt. One hit 1/2 inch below my left eye, the other in the shoulder. They did not penetrate but did break the skin.

Never have an arrow in the chamber until you are ready to shoot. Put your manual safety on. Never conceal-carry with the bow cocked and an arrow in the barrel. Always make sure the caliber of your arrow matches the caliber specified on the bow.

Uncredible. Boys will be boys. I would call him a stupid kid but he is just doing what kids do. It is Dad’s job not to arm him before setting up the target.
