Can you tell what the basic story is on the video? Thank you.
A couple of (male) liberals were harassing, yelling at a woman for having the american flag displayed on her front porch. A woman who lives a block away could hear these guys yelling at the woman and came to defend her neighbor.
The liberals tried to defend their actions, saying how they asked the woman to remove her flag from her property days earlier, as if they had a right to dictate to the woman, or anyone, what flag they can or cannot have on their property. It never seems to register to the liberals that they’re way out of line.

The slob with the “F*** Trump” T-shirt accused the woman with the flag of breaking a law by having the flag on display in the dark. There’s no law against doing so, and the flag probably gets light from the porch or a street light there. Taking the flag down before sunset is a good old custom, though, in case of bad weather and possible damage to a cloth flag.
The troublemaker was reportedly yelling at her out in front of her house. But without a good reason, it’s still impolite and shows lack of continence: a weakness. From his chosen appearance and behavior, he might have more of a personal problem with the flag itself than with decorum.
And this, unfortunately, is what we all must do when facing or confronted by a leftist intend on shaming or manipulating you to give into their demands.
Do not left their empty threats, like calling the police, stop you. In fact, I recommend calling the police immediately in this kind of situation and report the leftist and file a police report for threatening and menacing behavior.
