Luh-Braun, now you won't have to work so hard to win. And, you can be even more racist in LA. Perfect job for you.

Didn’t Cleveland (the Detroit wannabee) pay big bribes to get the racist turd back from Florida or wherever a few years ago?

He must be over 35 years old and closing in on 40.
Is he really such a great player at that age?

The Hollywood cameras are all the motivation he needs to go there. Now he can be Actor/ Player.
To: BlueStateRightist
Exactly. LA and CA taxes are high.
He probably despises high taxes but votes and supports politicians and activists who support higher taxes.
I could see James winning one championship with the Lakers.
Lakers-Warriors WCF?

Absolutely obscene! Sure would be nice if people that MATTERED to Society could make that kind of cash - Cops, Soldiers, EMTs, et al.
I have lost ALL taste for pro sports of any stripe. Screw. Them.

The Lakers could beat the Warriors in the Western Conference Finals next May....Magic has the money to spend, Magic will get what he wants to see a championship back in S. California.

Surpassing the Warriors would be a big hill to climb but the Lakers only have seven players under contract. Their roster moves arent done and may take a couple of years to finalize.
If the Lakers trade for Kawhi Leonard they can possibly beat The Warriors

Won’t happen. The West is a much tougher conference. Lakers won’t even become better then Houston or OKC just by adding LeBron. At best they’ll be the #4 or #5 seed and gone by the second round. Maybe Magic can add a few more pieces - I don’t think it will help.

If the Lakers trade for Kawhi Leonard they can possibly beat The Warriors James, Leonard, and Ball? There isn't enough space on the team bus for that many egos.
The Warriors may be politically insufferable but they do know how to play team basketball. I don't see anybody knocking them off until they age a bit more.

How about Colavito? Or if you want a name that cant be denied then Jim Brown.
To: Fairhairedboy
The Lakers have no chance of winning a title unless they are another star.

Exactly. This is about positioning himself post-basketball.
