A side-benefit for this litigation is the memorization of the information in the public record.
Google, Facebook, Twitter, and Reddit will not be able to hide or down-vote the “matter” in their search routine.

Finally a possible RICOinvestigation.. Longtime coming
A lawsuit naming specific and general parties has some protective value.
If’s ever whacked, this lawsuit points to the parties as targets of investigation.
I am saddened to hear about his impending suicide.
