Senator Pat Roberts lied his way around Kansas in his last reelection campaign telling people that he was both a Conservative and a Kansan. The man left Kansas in 1958 and only comes back when an election looms. I now know that he probably left any notions of conservatism when he saw Kansas in his rear view mirror. A phony, just like the other 12 phonies on this list.
