All I know is that the CFA employees are the friendliest, nicest employees I’ve ever met at a fast food joint. And it isn’t even close.
That’s what I am COMPLETELY baffled by........they do it. They train their employees to speak clearly and make the customer feel special. These aren’t magically mannerly teens they found......they taught them that! So why don’t other franchises steal it & train their employees in manners & graciousness????????? Also the place is immaculate.
Yep.
CFA is the only fast food I’ll wait in line for, and the only drive-thru I’ll sit in, because the lines are always MOVING.
