You are sadly correct. The US will not be saved peacefully and from within the system, no matter how good President Trump is. The resistance is everywhere and the millions pouring over the border will make demographic destiny. Unless we militarize the borders, declare a national emergency and arrest vast numbers of internal enemies both within and without government will there be any chance at all.
