Mr. Comey will soon be sharing his crack with other criminals at a federal prison, which shouldn’t bother the queer over much.

Per NBC news June 8, 2017

Richman and Comey’s ties run deep, and the pair has been friends for 30 years, the law professor told NBC News last fall.

Richman is a former federal prosecutor with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and has been a consultant with the Department of Justice and the Department of the Treasury, according to his Columbia biography. Among his areas of expertise are criminal adjudication and federal criminal law.

His bio also lists him as an adviser to Comey and says his “scholarly writings include more than 30 law review articles. He has offered testimony as an expert in a number of congressional hearings, and state, federal, and international criminal and civil matters.”

Richman was a vocal supporter of Comey last fall, as the FBI director revealed in October that the bureau was reviewing a new batch of emails linked to Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton that appeared to be pertinent to the earlier investigation into her use of a private server.

“I don’t think he takes glee in being contrary for its own sake,” Richman told NBC News at the time.

Richman said he’s sure that politics didn’t play a part when Comey decided to re-examine Clinton’s emails.

The Mad Hatter: Columbia U. Law Prof. Who Advised Comey That He Needed to Destroy the Village In Order to Save It* – UPDATED (His name is Daniel C. Richman.)
Beverly Mann | November 2, 2016 11:32 am

Daniel C. Richman, an adviser to Mr. Comey and a Columbia University law professor, argued that despite the backlash, Mr. Comey’s decision to inform Congress preserved the F.B.I.’s independence, which will ultimately benefit the next president. “Those arguing that the director should have remained silent until the new emails could be reviewed — even if that process lasted, or was delayed, until after the election — give too little thought to the governing that needs to happen after November,” Mr. Richman said.

“If the F.B.I. director doesn’t have the credibility to keep Congress from interfering in the bureau’s work and to assure Congress that a matter has been or is being looked into, the new administration will pay a high price.”

Daniel Richman....

If this surprises you, you need to pay closer attention. – And it gets even better with Comey. Fox News reports that [Daniel Richman] the Columbia Law Professor who served as Comey’s conduit for illegally leaking his classified-information-filled memos to the New York Times was actually serving as an unpaid agent with “special status” for the FBI. I swear I do not make this stuff up.

I just love this passage from the Fox story:

Sources familiar with Richman’s status at the FBI told Fox News that he was assigned to “special projects” by Comey, and had a security clearance as well as badge access to the building. Richman’s status was the subject of a Memorandum of Understanding.

Yes, he was assigned “special projects” such as trying and failing to give Comey cover for illegally leaking classified information to the fake news media, an act for which Comey now feels the need to retain a very expensive lawyer. That kind of “special project.”

Seems like Daniel Richman's special status also makes him subject to the same laws and regulations concerning handling of classified information as his buddy, James Comey.

How soon before we hear about a raid of his lawyer’s offices to find evidence of wrongdoing?

Remember, now lawyer/client confidentiality is almost a thing of the past.

My favorite passage:

Also in attendance was former DNC Chairman and Clinton toady Donna Brazile, who engaged in her own efforts to fix the 2016 election by feeding debate questions to the Pantsuit Princess in advance.

IIRC! RIchman claimed he was Comey’s lawyer and had attorney-client privilege. With Kennedy’s hiring, is that privilege gone? Can he be deposed or called to testify?

“...So he’s gone out and hired himself a good criminal lawyer, a man who happens to be the godfather of Comey’s children, and a man whose name will be very familiar to some of you.

That man’s name? Patrick Fitzgerald....”
