I seem to remember one day in the past two weeks Trump Twitter had a phrase included which used capital letters where normally there should have been lower case used. At the time some believed that he was using code to relay a message. The title of the thread escapes, but it was a strange twitter, especially after what was seen Friday.
Any others with this same memory out there? Some even commented it was a coded message to Putin (shh, careful, we don’t want Russia Russia Russia once again/still.
