On Tuesday's 'Morning Joe' on MSNBC, Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine warned that Democrats would view any attempt by the president to fire Robert Mueller or signal plans to issue pardons "as the president pushing the nation into a constitutional crisis."

And he really was quite defensive yesterday about -- that this was a sad situation and he's not sure whether or not Mueller will be fired. Are you concerned that this investigation could be thwarted?KAINE: Yes. I think the president is clearly panicked. That became very obvious to me really beginning about the time of the State of the Union. He's been more and more panicked by Mueller's work and Mueller's not going to stop, nor should he. Congress needs to make very plain that the Mueller investigation will be protected. And whether it's an attempt to fire Mueller or pre-emptively pardon folks, we would view that as the president pushing the nation into a constitutional crisis and we would need to respond as the Article I branch to make sure that we protect the country.

Trump has a job to do and he’s doing his dead-level best to do it. It is a hard enough job to do without hauling Meathead Mueller around on his back all the time. In my book Mueller, Comey and Rosenstein ought to be the ones under the intense heat of an investigation.
I wouldn't put that past the dems... many of them have openly stated, once they take control in Congress, they're going for impeachment ASAP.
