The vulnerability of the Left, however, rests on how many Leftists are dependent upon government funding and privileges secured by government force. Where are the big players of the Left? In academia (financed by government grants), in “think tanks” (also funded by grants), etc.
This is why the Left is so hysterical about Trump: he is in a position to destroy them, if he ultimately succeeds.
