This beat is epic. Classic 90s alt-rock. Enjoy.

The car in the video looks like a ‘72 Pontiac.

Sure does have a beat, but ad infinitum for the entire song? Try this, a better beat with a few breaks, as there should be, but the same silly video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r3kQlzOi27M

I was just at a Conan gig in Shinjuku last night. Brilliant stuff, it is.

Always loved this song.

I am (And BTW, I don't normally respond to my own posted threads. It's just my FReeper tradition) a huge alt-rock 90s fan. To me, the music of the 90s was the pinnacle of rock, even outdoing the 60s and 70s IMO.

That video brings a nostalgic tear to my eye. No cell phones or seat belts, kids playing on a hill instead of planted in front of the boob tube. Crusin in big ol’cars.

90s grunge.

Best era in rock music hands down.

Then you will likely appreciate the Sugar, Copper Blue album.

Bob Mould, formerly of Husker Du.
This album takes the Wall of Sound to another level.

Not a big fan of 90s music, but there are several great tunes from that era that are way up there in my iTunes playlist:

"Sullivan Street" -- Counting Crows

"Back 2 Good" -- Matchbox 20

"The World I Know" -- Collective Soul

"Freshmen" -- Verve Pipe

"Higher" -- Creed

"Far Behind" -- Candlebox

My parents had a 72 Plymouth Fury III that was that color, with a black vinyl roof and black interior. Serious living room on wheels, it was. 360 CID V8. That was the car I learned to drive in.

I would tend to agree with you, and I’m in my late 50’s.
