I thought Trump had a backbone and could NOT be bought off. Guess I totally misread him say he would “Make America Great Again”. What a major disappointment! He had the entire Congress and Senate by the balls and let them off the hook.

You and me both. This spending bill does more than just greatly increase the national debt. It sends billions of US tax dollars overseas, to be spent on nonsensical social justice causes.

No “draining of the swamp” here.

Since your standards are so high and since Trump is such a major disappointment, have you given any thought to supporting Hillary to take his place in 2020?

Because that's what it sounds like.

My advice: Count your blessings and be thankful we got Trump, instead of Hillary, in the first place.
