Prior to the presidency, Trump’s wife had her own business, and Trump’s older daughter helped run his businesses and had her own fashion business. Trump’s younger daughter attends Georgetown Law School courtesy of dad. Trump’s sister was a judge on a federal court.

You do wonder about Hillary’s health. She had the elephant feet which are an indicator of some health problems; I forget exactly which issue that indicates.

And the day she collapsed, why did they take her to Chelsea’s apartment rather than the ER?
Huge cankles are a sign of Congestive Heart Failure or pulmonary issues.
The fluid builds up in your body because it cannot be aspirated or taken out through the kidneys. This is why diuretics are prescribed.
There are probably 100 other reasons to have swollen ankles, but I don’t know them.
It could just be that she has fat ankles. That is a thing too.
